Mal kept us informed of the many changes coming from the supplier as far as colors and delivery. It was a long process...8 months between signing the contract and having the work completed. "Ronnie came out to look at the job and knew immediately why the window had cracked. The price to replace it was very reasonable and the replacement was completed in less than half an hour. Ronnie also went above and beyond in explaining the different types of glass I could use and tested the adjoining windows to make sure they were low E-glass, which is what he recommended for the picture window. My only criticism is the communication with the office. It took longer than expected to get a return call."
