"Over the past year, we interviewed a number of bathroom remodelers but had difficulty finding the one we wanted to work with. Then we met Louie from Kitchen and Bath Works, Inc. (Holbrook, NY) and we knew instantly that he was the one for us. We loved his easy going nature, his many years of experience, his ability to answer our tough questions, his no pressure demeanor, his dog friendliness, and his honesty. He also made us laugh, which is always a plus. What really stood out was his willingness to let me pick out and purchase all the components on my own – wall tile, floor tile, shower floor tile, and the plumbing. That saved us money and enabled us to customize the look exactly the way we wanted. The other remodelers we talked to tried to steer us into buying exclusively from their affiliated bath product retailers which turned us off. Except for the glass shower door which we had to wait for because it came from a separate vendor, the entire project was completed in 9 days. The results are simply stunning. I wanted a rustic Montana-style bathroom and Louie made my dream a reality. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a beautiful bathroom with so much functionality. Louie was a breeze to work with and we really appreciated his reliability and promptness each and every day. Today I used the new shower for the first time and it was amazing. I don’t think I could be any happier with the outcome. A big thank you to Louie and the team of experts he brought in to assist. "Jimmy is a true professional with a solid work ethic. I was given a clear quote for the work and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing work. We decided to go with JRS Maintenance for a leak in our cast iron water pipes, which later turned into a bigger job. The nearby pipes were already showing signs of decay, so after an honest conversation with Jimmy, we just settled on changing that whole section leading up to the small leak with PVC (a much-needed upgrade). He arrived on time and made sure to call in advance. The old plumbing came with some concerns, which were shared in advance, but overall the job went smoothly. No doubt due to Jimmy’s skills and experience. Overall, the job didn't break the bank and ended up saving us a big headache. Glad I chose JRS."

His 3 main workers, Steve, Oscar and Angel are without a doubt the best craftsmen that I have ever used. They care about the quality there on time and make sure everything is cleaned up at the days end. They put up a ceiling painted my entire house and did an awesome job on a new bathroom. It came out unbelievable. They are also very polite and want you to be satisfied. Bob can always be reached and will go out of his way to make the customer happy. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms.
