"This is the first ever review I have ever written. My encounter with Harris at HG plumbing and Heating solutions was so exceptional that I feel so compelled to share my experience. I have used many plumbers over the years to service my house but Harris stands out above all. I recently called him for a clogged kitchen sink that would not drain. He responded immediately and was able to fit me in within his busy schedule. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated but he corrected the issue. During the entire process, he explained clearly and thoroughly each problem and options on how to correct it. He used the most advanced techniques and updated tools to solve the problem. He took great pride in his work and was not satisfied until it was completely repaired. In summary, he is extremely professional, a skilled expert, punctual, and tidy. His work is extremely meticulous, thorough, neat, reasonably priced, and to code. Above all, he has great communication. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing and heating needs. Hands down the best plumber out there period! Thanks again, Harris!"

"Barbara fixed a leak in a pipe leading to my hot water heater. She was professional, friendly and honest, and did great work."

"Called right away, came within 2 hours, explained everything, new heater up and running within 2 hours."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"Tarique was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and gave suggestions to avoid the issue from happening again. Tarique also checked in a few days later. This company is now my go to go piping and plumbing needs."

"Tom was terrific....repaired boiler....cost reasonable.....explained everything so clearly so that even this 88year old understood it....experience with company from start to finish was a pleasure"

"These guts are my go to guys for all HVAC repairs. Rebuilt one of my heaters in an impossible crawl space. Great service & reasonable."

"Did great work to replace a water heater. Saw the job through all in one day, a Sunday, despite obstacles that came up, and checked that all was working well after installation. Details: When in the first hour or two Egli Plumbing saw a problem with the new replacement heater they'd brought with (apparently this is very rare), they spent the time to get another new replacement heater the same day (Sunday), then got it installed and tested, also the same day. Long day for them; I am happy hot water is working again so quickly. Recommended!"

"Ackeno provided me with a free quote and delivered exactly what he promised, including a drain pan with drain system to protect against water leak. I was considering between tankless and conventional water heaters, and Ackeno was very knowledgeable about both systems. He's very cost-conscious for his customers, and the price was reasonable. The water heater he got for me is a high-quality commercial one, which is more durable against corrosion. I'm glad I hired HSM."
