The roof replacement was complete in 8 days of when this visit with the Insurance adjuster was complete. Heartland Construction Services completed The house and garage roof in one day which included tear down and re-roofing!! I did had a leak around my chimney which has been a trouble area on the house. I called Heartland on Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend and their Foreman came out that night for a temporary repair. The Foreman then returned on Wednesday to repair the leak prone chimney. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
