"We had been putting off remodeling our bathrooms for years which, in retrospect, may have been a good thing considering we got to meet Miguel and the crew at Grey Colt. Every aspect of dealing with this project (our first) was good, from initial meeting to final walkthrough. The crew we had were great -- polite and unobtrusive. They were even able to accommodate a couple of non-standard requests. We also got to meet electrical and plumbing contractors that we would feel very comfortable hiring for those specialties. I have other projects in mind down the road and Grey Colt will be the first, and probably only, contractor we will consult. Thanks for a great job, guys!"

"I found Ronnie's Handyman Service online through Angie's List, as they were highly rated on the platform. I needed to completely tear down and install new wooden facia that goes around the outside of the home. The entire process was streamlined and painless -- from setting up an estimate, to drawing up the invoice, and starting the project. I want to shine a spotlight on Ron and Erik, the two gentlemen who came to my home and worked tirelessly everyday from morning to evening. Both men were very professional and were willing to answer any question I had along the way without fuss. And the part that I enjoyed the most from my experience is that the project was on cruise control for me on my end. Ron and Erik would show up in the morning and go right to work, while I only periodically would step outside to check on things. Otherwise, they were on autopilot and I could go about my business. They even finished the job a day ahead of schedule! I will definitely consider Ronnie's Handyman Service for any future projects."

"Great experience.  Oscar came out and gave us a bid.  When decided to go with him based on his description of the process for this project. <br /> <br /> He got on the job quickly, works steady and is very knowledgeble.  Has all the tools needed; but particularly he has items which he has made himself to make doing this particular job easier for one person.  His experience shows and his attention to quality also. <br /> He estimated two days, came in a little ahead of that.  <br /> <br /> Made a big difference in the look of the house. <br /> <br />"

"From the moment Shawn stepped into my home to begin work, I couldn't have been more pleased. He is the consummate professional, knows his way around just about everything as far as I could see, and he is a very hard-worker. I had no idea how amazing everything could look until I saw it completed and, even then, I was stunned at the beauty he wrought from what was there previously. He gutted my bathroom removing an old garden tub (useless item!) my old shower and all the cabinets, hardware, etc. He built me a gorgeous tiled shower and used the space where the old shower was to give me a linen closet to die for! The bedroom was fairly easy as I only needed new flooring, wall texture, and painting but he also enlarged my closet doorway to standard size. I've provided before/after pics of the bathroom for reference."

"Jason is a highly competent and courteous contractor. From the beginning his low pressure approach to the process put us at ease. He listened to what we were looking to achieve. He came back with an estimate soon after our initial meeting.  <br>He and his crew were on time and came through with an amazing result. If needed,  we would look forward to Amenity doing our next project.  <br> <br>"

FAQs for handyman service projects in Green Valley, AZ

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
