"This is in a Park Model that has a much smaller water heater. Pioneer installed a MUCH better unit, slightly larger, and installed heavier duty connections to the unit. They had to slightly modify the opening where the water heater fits - no problem at all. They did an excellent job and will definitely use them again, as needed."

"Great. Brandon was excellent. When we called him on a Sunday evening, he offered to come out to repair the unit if we were uncomfortable. It was 111 degrees that day! Luckily, we have two units in our house and the one in the bedroom area was working. I thought it was very considerate of him to make this offer. He repaired our unit and was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to call him again. Great guy!"

"Eddie did an excellent and thorough job of replacing our failed water heater and repairing the water damage to the floor of the compartment. "I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy and do a professional job. Thank You Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo and all the office staff that assisted in keeping me comfortable in my home."

"Great! Leonard did a great job replacing the existing gas water heater with a new gas water heater. Plus Cal's services the water heater (drains, cleans) after a year if you become a member of "the club" (well worth it)."

"We were very pleased with the Richard and Ben's work.  They were extremely professional and responded to all our questions and gave us some additional advise which regard to the vents and potential solutions which we ultimately implemented solving our leakage issues.  I also visited the company's site and researched other references prior to hiring Trusted.  In every case nothing but high marks were given and after our service I can see why.  Trusted will be my go-to HVAC contractor from now on.  Extremely professional.
