Finally he called me back, he had been too busy before that to return my call which is understandable this time of the year. He called me Tuesday 8/13/13 and said he would be over that PM to give me a bid. He came as promised. I called him back the next day at which time he said he had another job change their scheduled day from today 8/16 to next week and asked if it was ok to do the work today or was it too soon? I was happy to get it done so quickly. They spent 21/2 hours edging the driveway, repairing the cracks and sealing my driveway which is only 95'. Clint is a perfectionist and did a wonderful job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. <br />"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
