"Chris gave me an estimate which I felt was the most comprehensive of the 3 quotes I got and price-wise, he was right in the middle. He included options in case I needed a new chimney cap (I did) and rotten wood replaced (I did) and even drove me around the area to look at roof colors. He or Michael came by several times a day to check on the progress and answer my questions. I had a small issue with the eave drip metal in one spot which I pointed out. Before I knew it, it was replaced - no hesitation, no hem hawing, no eye rolling . . . it got done! The roof looks great . . . yard was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend to others."

If there was going to be a weather delay he communicated it to me abd I never had to contact him asking where or when. Re-engineeted the valley to facilitate water run off, water proofed it and put it back together.
