The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. "Excellent. Three weeks after the storm Wyndhill was loading our roof with supplies. The following week the workers replaced the roof and did it in just one day. They arrived at 6:30 am and left at 7 pm. They were fast but still did a very nice job. They used quality materials and even gave us a few extra attic vents at no additional cost. They sent the guys who replaced our gutters and downspouts just 2 days after the roof was replaced and then replaced the spark arrestor caps another few days after that. We are please with all of the work."

Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."
