"After receiving quotes from two other reputable landscaping companies, we decided to go with Blue Ribbon for two reasons: they had the BEST quality "turf" (similar pricing) and they were the only bid that suggested recycling our beautiful red brick (instead of buying expensive artistic pavers or flagstone) and re-design the pattern to a gorgeous Herringbone 45 degree angle AND seal the red brick giving it a fabulous glossy look. I have to tell you, I was nervous after I signed the contract, wrote a check and read a few negative reviews on Google sites but our experience was FANTASTIC!  <br /> Phil quoted us 4-6 weeks since they are in busy season and they came on week 6 (we were in no rush, it is 105 degrees outside!). The job took them a mere 3 days and it came out waaaaay BETTER than I expected/ envisioned! Truly- blown away with the quality of work and craftsmanship from his team! Not to mention, they were all extremely professional and wonderful to work with. Very courteous and polite! <br /> Like any major project, I would highly recommend being home for the initial start and reviewing the contract and a diagram of your expectations with the crew supervisor... our brick was almost re-laid out in the same pattern! They were totally cool about it and made sure it was done exactly as planned. <br /> About a month after the project was completed, we had extreme rainfall in Tucson and noticed a divot in the turf. Phil's team came over the very next day, pulled the turf back, filled the hole and good as new. NOW THAT IS SERVICE! <br /> 5 stars because they were awesome all the way- from Phil in Sales to the Crew who made our yard the envy of the neighborhood. I would HIGHLY recommend Blue Ribbon Builders. <br />"

My biggest thing was I needed a lot of stucco repair in my house, it looks so good I can’t tell where it was fixed. They figured out a way to fix a gate that had not worked since I’ve lived here. I mostly needed maintenance work done but I’m positive they would do good work on whatever the project you had. They were kind, courteous and always on time. "I was in a bind when the plumber moving the plumbing in my kitchen informed me he hadn't put in his bid to fill the hole he created in my floor back up with concrete. I called Joe as ASAP Concrete and he said he would fit me into his schedule the next day since I had tile guys coming later in the week to tile and it would put me behind schedule if I didn't get it filled. "They did two jobs for me.  The first was to pour a foundation for my barn.  This required a precise layout of the foundation since the barn was prefabricated at the factory.  Ocotillo did an excellent job.  It has been over a year and the foundation is doing great.  They also did some additional work preparing the stalls on a time and materials basis.  They were a pleasure to work with.  Nine months later I had them pour my patio extension.  Another great job that still looks good a year later. <br />"
