Hasa was definitely in charge, but was missing some cleaning items, so we provided. We have engineered hard wood floors and porcelain tile. I expressed how important proper treatment of the wood floors was to me. @ 600sf of tile cleaned without changing mop water and wood floor had streaks and spots."
