"This review is for work done since 2012 which is the first time I used Leak Free when I found them through another website- I was not an Angie's List member back then .  <br /> In summer of 2012 I was a  homeowner with a plumbing problem and a single female at that... so what do I do ? search the internet... called a couple of the top rated Plumbers in my area & choose Leak Free Plumbing & Rooter. Not only did they provide the  best knowledge as to what the problem was and what had to be done they also gave me the best price.. I'm  very fortunate to have found this company, a true treasure for anyone with a plumbing problem. HONEST, RELIABLE, GREAT SERVICE ( with a smile at that) .   <br /> I have used them regularly for other issues at other properties and they never miss a beat.. same great service, same great pricing, honest, reliable.  every single time.  <br /> If you're reading this review, you must have a plumbing problem,  call them , you definitely won't be disappointed .  :) <br /> <br />"

"Benny Zadikian and his son Coco had to replace the pipes behind a shower wall to install an updated shower valve and fix the leak(s). They followed the manufacturer’s instructions to the letter, and they were only satisfied when it was done perfectly according to those instructions. However, the manufacturer’s retro-fit kit was faulty due to a very obvious design flaw. It simply would not fit, even though the instructions and numerous manufacturer’s representatives stated it “should.” Therefore, I had to order a new shower trim and handle, at added expense, due only to the manufacturer’s design flaw – not Benny and Coco’s work. Unbelievably, the new shower trim and handle also had another obvious design flaw and would not fit either! This could have required entirely new piping – until Benny thought of a way to make it work. It was only due to his dedication and creativity that the new shower trim and handle now fit – despite the manufacturer’s second design flaw, which Benny corrected. Fortunately, the hot & cold valve stems were easily replaced. Benny Zadikian and Coco are as dedicated, honest and creative as they are knowledgeable and professional. Their work as impeccable. I referred them to my step-daughter and her family, and they were equally as pleased. I’m glad to say we now have a “family” plumber!"

"Had a slow flushing toilet (sometimes had to flush twice to get the job done). My husband is fairly knowledgeable about plumbing and has successfully fixed plumbing problems in the past but did not have the time to check what was wrong with it. We called three different plumbers (all from Angie's list) and Chris Taylor was the only one who could come the same day. He said he would be available between 2-4. He arrived around 2:30 pm and diagnosted the problem within minutes. Since we have an old house my husband thought that part of the plumbing would have to be replaced. Chris said that indeed our plumbing was getting old but that the main problem was a valve in the toilet tank. He explained everything in detail and honestly. He did not try to fix something else too to make more money or stall for time. Since he had the part needed on his truck (for a reasonable $15) we had him install it. He was in and out of our house including fixing the problem in less than 45 minutes. Since plumbers get paid by the hour and not minutes, we happily paid the $85 labor. My husband (who dealt with Chris for the most part) said that Chris was professional, honest and reasonable. We paid $100 which saved us the time and energy to go out and find the right part ourselves and then spend the time to fix it. Since both my hsuband and I are very busy, it was well worth it. Can definitely recommend Taylor's plumbing. <br />"

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"Overall: I would say a "B" because i'm still missing that piece. They should have followed up, because thats what they'd said they were going to do. I didn't go around really pricing other places, I've used Red-Lilly before and they've done good work with me, so, thats the main reason- I called RedLilly mainly and wound up wit Plotke side answering, and they said they are together now. I guess Plotke is now buying out RedLilly. So it doesn't matter which one you call these days. The work was, I think, well done. They are just sometimes not careful with a persons property, I would say. From this and from other occasions. They should put a cloth down or something like that, be careful, Remember to apply a cloth on a fixture before you apply the pliers on it so as not to scratch. They didn't clean up well after themselves. He showed up unannounced early. So he was supposed to show up like at about 10 O'clock in the morning instead he showed up like at 8:30 in the morning. So I was like " You are supposed to be here later, I'm not ready for you yet." I had things to do that morning. In the future, it depends on what the problem is, it depends; is there a special going on, on something that I need , that I can get on Angie's List. It depends. Other times they have done really well but now that they are merging with the other company it's not as good as it used to be. To improve there service: Follow through and cleaning up after themselves. Friendly staff"

Kelly has done several plumbing jobs for me including replacing main water shutoff valve, sprinkler shutoff valve, fixed 2 botched bathroom faucet installations from well known hardware store, installed 2 new toilets, replaced shower and bathtub faucets."
