The job manager, Eric, was excellent at communicating about the work and steps needed to complete the job. Wilber's even helped to order the doors that they needed to install from a local vendor they recommended. You could not ask for more in terms of craftsmanship, communication, and consideration. For example, the workers even returned after the job to clean up an inconsiderate bird that treated my newly painted white house like a personal toilet. What I liked about this company was, they were the only company to do waterproofing and finish our basement with Sheetrock, trim, trim and floors. A one stop company that does all. "It went as smooth as possible. Mr. Handyman and Ron Potesky's team turned an attic into a bedroom with A/C and heat, built a closet, replaced major kitchen appliances, replaced carpeting, replaced all smoke and CO2 detectors, re-wired ceiling fans, painted all interior walls, powewashed the deck and vinyl fence, then painted the deck, removed and donated or disposed of all furniture and personal items of the tenant. The team coordinated all appointments of city inspectors and professional sanitization of a very dirty space. When Mr Handyman was done, the intetior of the house looked like something out of Better Homes and Gardens! The team could be totally trusted with the housekeys. They coordinated with the realtor and the house sold in one week end!!! He replaced the framing, insulation, drywall, drop ceiling, and associated trim and molding. He also corrected some structural problems that were uncovered at the same time, and rebuilt the handrails and banisters on the staircase. "Gene and his crew did an amazing job on our fairly large basement renovation! There were variance hurdles in the beginning with the town that Gene was on top of, attended the virtual meeting and obtained what was necessary to get the job started. The work performed was very involved from digging for a full bathroom and relocating/raising HVAC vents. Gene was receptive to any changes/suggestions made. Detailed trim work to match other doors was a nice touch to doors that needed to be cut to accommodate the space. Eco Green Solutions were great to deal with.  They came to the home for an initial consultation and provided me with great solutions for the heat loss problem I had in the home.  The salesperson provided me a clean understandable proposal with different options I could choose from depending on my budget.

When we agreed upon the scope their office scheduled an appointment with me to schedule the work.  Their crew showed up on time, wore booties on their feet to keep my floors as clean as possible and did a remarkable job patching and priming the walls for painting.  I wasn't home when the work was performed, but the painting contractor I had in the home at the same time commented on how professional they were and how they made his job so much easier.

As a homeowner, heating and cooling cost are real concerns.  I highly recommend anyone considered with those things like I am to have Eco Green Solutions do an energy audit of their home and see where they can save.
