The freezer was fixed in less than 10 seconds, the dryer needed a part ordered, and the oven is toast (which I assumed but needed documentation for a home warranty on it). The dryer part came in a few days later and the dryer was fixed quickly. They are working on providing good documentation for the warranty. And they even told me what part to order for an at-home job on my washing machine. They are helping to restore my faith in service providers. They are definitely trust-worthy and knowledgeable."

"The service provided by Moe and Chase was terrific. Lisa, their office manager, was courteous, friendly and (thankfully) persistent in allowing me to schedule a convenient time for their visit. The best part? Not only were Moe and Chase professional and knowledgeable about how to diagnose and correct our AC systems issues they were friendly and funny. They played with our obnoxious puppy and said hi and bye to my young son. My wife thought that Chase was actually Enrique Iglesias. While their appearance is similar I suggested that young Mr. Iglesias most likely doesn't require a second job. Overall, the service provided by Moe, Chase and Lisa was excellent. Should we ever require help with our plumbing, AC or heating systems we will definitely contact Cross County Plumbing and Heating."

"This is kind of a mixed review. Service was great, follow up not so good. Charlton, a service rep, responded the same day and arranged an appointment with us. He gave us a quote for the repair over the phone. He arrived promptly and fixed the shield so that the self cleaning feature of my oven worked. He then showed me how to set it up. Only after he left did I realize that the timer function did not work. I had to turn off the self cleaning manually. While he was here, we asked him about replacing a burner on our Amana range top. He promised to call the next day with a quote. We never heard from him. My husband called C&T Appliance a week later and asked them to get back to us. They never did."
