"If you're looking for new flooring or carpeting, these are definitely the guys you want - don't even waste your time looking at other companies, because Carpet Factory Outlet will get the job done quickly, correctly and at a great price. Although this business is relatively new, my understanding is that the owners and employees have many, many years of experience in their field; I can tell you, from personal experience, that shows in everything they do. <br /> I contacted Carpet Factory Outlet when I purchased a condo and I wanted a new laminate floor installed in one-half of the condo - I had a very tight deadline to get things done before I had to move in and I didn't think it would be possible, but CFO got it done for me. I contacted CFO and Tim, one of the owners, came out to do the measuring. Tim made recommendations for the type of floor I wanted, and then let me make the decisions - there was none of that pushy, high-pressure sales crap that you often get when shopping for things like this, and I very much appreciated that. The flooring was ordered and arrived quickly - Tim called me to schedule the installation and was very patient and understanding when I had to change the installation date because I had to have painters working in the condo also. At any rate, the old carpeting was ripped out and the new laminate installed, and the employees who came to do the installation arrived on time and got down to work immediately - these guys are certainly very efficient. They're also clean, personable and very careful to do the job right the first time. I had no worries about leaving my keys with them - and I had no complaints from neighbors about noise or other problems you sometimes run into if you live in a condo building and you're having work like this done. <br /> The new floor was absolutely beautiful - so beautiful, in fact, that as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to have the older, existing laminate floor ripped out and replaced with the newer stuff. So, then, I called Tim at CFO again and asked if there was any way that they could do the rest of the floor before I moved in - and, guess what? Tim comes out to measure again, orders the flooring and has his crew go to Madison to pick it up for me! They installed this new order within two days - and, once again, an expert job was done - with employees who, again, were very efficient, clean and very nice to work with. I could not find a flaw in their work - and I'm very detail-oriented, so if any existed, I would have found them. I cannot say enough good things about Carpet Factory Outlet and their service - when you put the great employees together with an owner like Tim - one who really cares about what's done in the name of his business - you can't fail to end up with great flooring at a great price, and expertly installed at that! Thanks, Tim, I really appreciate everything you and your employees did for me, and the new floor throughout the condo looks absolutely beautiful - I couldn't be more pleased with it! <br />"

"Selection was excellent and prices were fair. Installation did not go well, and as a result, carpeting had to be replaced. The owner went unbelievably out of his way to make sure the fix was appropriate, including personally supervising the replacement. He felt worse about the problem than we did! Weeks later, he's still apologizing....I no longer answer the phone! To us, the true measure of a quality operation is how problems are solved, and this company is the best. Will definitely use again, and recommend to others."

"Overall the experience was great.  They were very nice at the store when helping us pick out the carpeting and vinyl.  They sent out a guy for the estimate right away.  Scheduling was tricky because they are very busy but they also ended up getting the job done the two days after Christmas which I was pleasantly surprised about.  They weren't the cheapest option so I gave them a C (fair) on the price because it was more than a lot of other quotes, but the service and quality of the product we got was worth the extra money.  Would recommend them and use them again in the future. <br />"

"This was the second time that I used them. They were prompt, and the work was really great. When I showed it to tenants after the carpet was replaced, they were pleasantly surprised because it looked nice. There weren?t any snags or any strings hanging out. There was no mess for me to clean up, which I appreciated. They paid attention to detail and were good on their word. Their price was consistent and fair. My husband negotiated the price with them. It was at least a couple of thousand dollars because it was for a huge two-story apartment. I got what I paid for; if I had wanted fancy carpets, I would have had to pay a little bit more, but I got a commercial type one, which was fine for what I needed. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary."
