"Dan repaired and re-grouted a few areas in our shower. He cleaned and sealed the grout around the shower tile and on the tile floor. He also re-caulked the periphery of the entire tub and around the glass block window. He spent a lot of time removing all of the old caulk and did a fantastic job of re-caulking. I wish the people we had remodel the bathroom would have done it as finely as Dan did. He was friendly, very skillful at his job and cleaned up perfectly after the job was done. "Steve was behind on previous jobs due to rain, but when it was our turn he came on time every day.  He explained every aspect of the job before starting and quoted a very fair price.  The floor tile looks great. When there was a problem with fitting the new sink to the existing pipes (I didn't know what I was doing when i picked out the new sink) he figured out a nice looking solution. He left sealing grout spray for us to apply a second coat, to save us having to pay him to come back.  He was very nice to work with. We will hire him again. <br />"

"Impeccable work.  Would highly recommend.  I had speakers taken down in the living room and therefore, needed to have the dry wall repaired.  Old fashioned ceramic fixtures were taken down in the bathroom which also required drywall repair .  New fixtures were added.  The bathroom sink was replaced.  Had the bathroom painted as well as the kitchen ceiling.  Other miscellaneous tasks. <br /> When finished, all areas were left impeccably clean.  For home repair in the future, wouldn't call anyone else. <br />"

"This project required some creative thinking as far as plumbing was concerned. Some prospective contractors said it couldn't be done. Jeff thought otherwise. <br /> In order to allow for drilling through some of the floor joists for the shower drain, Jeff first had to double up the joists to strengthen the floor. We were amazed at how quickly this was accomplished. Rough framing was done in no time at all. The plumbing was extensive but was installed in one day, rough electrical the next day. More amazement - drywall soon followed. The only thing that held this up at all was waiting for inspections. Before we knew it, everything came together with the installation of the floor, fixtures, finish electrical, paint and trim. After he cleaned up, we coudn't tell he was ever there...except for the new bathroom! <br /> <br /> He fabricated a wooden pipe chase in the first floor bedroom to hide the waste line, water feeds and electrical. He was able to match the existing woodwork perfectly. He also installed a new attic access door as the existing one was now the new bathroom door. <br /> We trusted Jeff from the beginning. We had no problem at all giving him the house key and he made sure that the cat did not sneak out! <br /> We kept waiting for a problem. None came. Job done. A great experience! <br /> <br />"
