He was very professional and sent me a formal detailed estimate right away, unlike the other companies we had had come out to look at the job. James assured me he would be very meticulous with finishing edges and that we would be pleased with his crew’s work. I was happy to see that he really delivered on his word! When I looked out at the crew the next morning, James himself was driving the bobcat and overseeing everything, which I appreciated. Communication and price point were fantastic.
