"They are fantastic, I would give them an A plus. They are great! They come out and when they are coming out, they call the night before and tell us they are coming. When they come out, they are very personable and answer any questions. They are polite. They are great to deal with and they do a great job. I recommend them really highly. They come every couple of weeks to do one service or another. We have a contract, we pay upfront. We prepay for the whole year and then they just call us and tell us they are coming for whatever they have in mind to do that time. They do crab control, fertilizing, weed control and that kind of stuff. We have somebody separate to mow the lawn. We paid $535, that was our prepaid amount for all services including lawn care and treatment. What I like about them is that it is natural. They don't use harsh chemicals and stuff like that. They do for us something called mosquito ranger. They come out every two weeks in the mosquito season and they spray something and it is always natural. Sometimes it is garlic. The smell doesn't last for too long. We can close the windows and doors and it is not toxic. I am a bank with mosquitoes but I haven't had any mosquito bites in the past two years. They do the entire periphery of our property. They do all around the house, the patio, we have a little deck out here and then they just go all round the house. It has made a tremendous difference. We are able to sit out in the evening with friends and they say, 'What is this, a mosquito free zone? Basically it is. That is separate, you can pay separately for that. It is just an option you can have. It is mosquito and tick control. We have been using them for about two years now. They do the mosquito treatment every two weeks."
