"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"Pumped out septic tank - good staff"

"Professional installation crew, with a no pressure sales staff. Highly recommend Star for all HVAC needs. Again, fantastic workmanship."

"Prompt contact, assessment, and recommend solutions. Very prompt in recommending a new hot water heater. And installed in a day. Did not try and oversell solution. I would use C&P plumbing and contracting again and recommend to friends and family."

"At 1:45 PM I saw my water heater leaking. I called three different plumbers and Norris Family Plumbing was the only one that responded promptly. He was competitive in his pricing and adjusted his schedule to install a new water heater the same day. By 4:00, Norris had my new water heater completely installed ad operating. I will call him first with any other plumbing needs I might have. A1 in every respect!!!"
