"Once again and with the highest confidence, we hired Russell's Contracting to convert our back entrance into a more open, useful mudroom. As promised, they arrived on time on the expected date and started by sealing off the back entrance for dust. The demolition of the closet was first done, and then the rehab began. I was amazed at the level of detail necessary to make the new mudroom perfect. From fixing the ceiling to installing new walls, taping and sanding, painting, new baseboards, and moving the overhead light, it was fun to watch. Colby was professional, exacting, efficient, clean, and asked all the right questions to ensure we were happy with the result. The new mudroom is exactly what we wanted. In addition, we asked Russell's to help us figure out how to make our open staircase to the second floor safer. Keith, Colby, and Max designed and installed a custom-built, stair-to-ceiling railing system that looks great and provides the necessary safety we were looking for. They also made it removable to accommodate large objects up and down stairs. The amount of time they spent was crazy, and the amount of math they did to ensure it was plumb and solid was above and beyond our expectations. My house was built in 1933, and this railing system looks like it could have been original to the house. It is a masterpiece. Everyone at Russell's Contracting we have met and who has worked on our house has been exceptional. You can stop scrolling for contractors; call Russell's."

"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Do NOT use this company if you want a quality paint job. Certapro breached the contract and did not provide services specified in the contract. We printed the contract to show the painter before he started but he still failed to comply with the contract. Painter came with wrong paint, failed to do a coat of primer as specified, was unaware he was to paint the wood trim around 2 ceiling windows (also specified), paint coverage was very uneven & left large areas appearing as gray shadows next to areas that were painted more heavily, did not cut edges of room evenly, etc. Additionally Certapro painter damaged a section of dry wall on his last day. Photo shows the way he left it. We reached out to Certapro owner Scott, the office manager, and our salesman Matt with a detailed email and photos. Waited over a week but had no response from any one. Called our salesman - waited over a week again. Very poor customer service. Very poor quality of work. Spent a week repairing the substandard work ourselves. Absolutely do NOT recommend this company."

The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away.\n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's\n 225 for 11x14's\n 275 for 14x17's\n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost.
