"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. From the first call to the last nail everything was great. More importantly, I am CONFIDENT that they did the RIGHT job and if there are any issues Bill and his team will stand behind their work."

"Mike and his team did an amazing job repairing the roof on my parents' brownstone in Brooklyn. The roof hadn't been replaced in many years, and we were experiencing leaks. They were able to strip the roof down to the beams, repair the foundation (including replacing a few rotted beams), and install a new roof in just three days! They were true professionals throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from the start, so we knew exactly what to expect—materials for the roof, arrival times, and the estimated completion timeline. ABC recommended changing the shingles with a peel & stick rubber roof for the flatter part of our roof. They explained why, with pictures of my and other roofs. They told us that the underlying plywood was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced, but explained why we had a leak. They didn't try to upsell me, just genuinely told me what needed to be done, and did it in a way that built trust. Why 5 stars?: First, their estimate came in lower than another company I also sourced from Angi. Secondly, they were very responsive to my messages. Third, they scheduled their work around my availability and showed up early and finished on time. Finally, they did high-quality, timely, and thorough work. I'd rehire them in a minute. "Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

"I was very pleased with O'Brien Brother's Contracting for a recent roof repair due to a leak. Eddie came the day that I contacted him. He was the fourth estimate that I received and proved to be very knowledgeable about the matter, including that the GAF shingle color that I have is no longer produced. That said, he was able to make some phone calls while standing on my roof and located a place with some remaining supply of the color shingle that is on my roof. The repair was quick and looks terrific. I will hire him again the next time I need a roof repair. Eddie also removed an old satellite dish and stump of an old electrical connection, and the roof looks great."

[Normal for the east end of long island.] <><> THE Work ethic was outstanding: (a) explained all work, (b) answered questions, (c) made sure I knew what was going to be done: including the materials to be used and the quality of the materials to be used. In addition, The work was not JUST a repair, it was the installation of a new flat roof over a two-car garage, which necessitated (1) removing the decking, and placing it on the patio (neatly!); (2) removing the stringers, cleaning all debris that lay beneath the decking, including rotted stringers, with nailing to be removed, and biological debris from leaves, tree seeds, etc, (3) power washing the top of the base roofing that will remain, epoxying all rows of nail holes on the 20x17 roof, laying a base epoxy coat prior to installing the new roofing fabric. <><><> In addition, Brian cleaned the chimney from my wood-burning stove, surveyed the roof and the flashing around two chimneys, and found the flashings in need of replacement, those flashing were also repaired. <><> Finally, one section of siding on the second story was replaced with a matching sheet of asphalt shingle.
