He put our French door that goes to the back yard on backwards and upside down. He didn't finish spacling, and painting. He left cracks, didn't feel grout. There's so much to say and I don't know if it's what to say it's just too much so check out the pictures and you'll see what we 're talking about Be careful don't let what happened happen to us happened to you. Now we have to hire someone else to come in and finish up his work that he was supposed to get done that. He got paid for we trusted him. And we paid him in full. "contacted Gus for recent roof leak; he was here the same day. He first went into attic space (while there he replaced a burned-out light bulb) to check location of leak, took photos, had me view them; then went on the roof. He located popped nails, which he removed and sealed. Took photo of that as well as surrounding area which he also sealed with a product called, through the roof. He came down and told me the roof vent required a cap and said he would return to install it. Once he installed cap, he also took the opportunity to blow the leaves from the gutter. Once on the ground, he proceeded to blow leaves and debris from front and back walkways."

"Originally, I had a great review because the finished work looked great and when I was able to, I didn't see any shortcuts as the team that was hired by the contractor (Mohamed) was there during the week while I was at work. It was good...contracts signed and lifetime warranty was signed of the life of the work. Who wouldn't be happy. Just 2-3 months after the project was completed, problems started to occur. The shower items had minor low flow because of the water that was coming in from the street. They came. Then the handle that held up the shower hand device malfunctioned, the toilet installed was having sealing issues, and the sliding door for the shower was jamming. It took some time for them to look into the issue but when they came, they patched the shower device or seal (later to find out, it was just in drywall with a wood screw on no wood), told me they won't fix the toilet, and shifted and patched the sliding door. I had to get these fixed on my own then the ceiling light they installed doesn't work. I will have to get this fix on my own. I am very disappointed as they gave me all smiles until the last payment then after it was like them visiting to fix the issues was a problem. Again, the problems start in under 3 months. Let me not start on the kitchen. All I have to say is if your were going to take shortcuts and use crappy material, why waste each others time. I have photos of all the problems as well as the contractor."
