I was provided a timeframe confirmation the night prior to service, and an alert when the technician was soon to arrive, via JIC’s text service. I had an electrician already working in the house, so knowing this was very helpful. Erick arrived when expected and explained what he was going to do , and how. An inspection of a crushed vent tube concerned me, so Erick recommended we cut it out and join a new section to the vent. Knowing this is a point where exhausted lint could back up and become a fire hazard was extremely helpful. Erick shared with me photographs and video of the exterior exiting of lint buildup in my vent from outside the house. Impressive JIC could offer me this.
