"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

He spent 2 1/2 hours trying to trouble shoot the issue, and was finally able to temparily correct until the summer when it can be repaired. Other than that the heat was working like it was in the past. I paid for $59.00 for the special deal, which was well worth it and would difficulty call him back in the summer to fully resolve the issue with HVAC unit.
