Right away Mike distinguished himself from other contractors with his excellent communication and promptness. One person never showed, another person did the quote based on viewing my house on Google Earth(!) and the last was outlandishly expensive. It's important to note here that I specified that the same products and materials were to be used in all of my quote requests. Moving on to the work, the first thing I noticed was that I received more than a couple of visits prior to the job from Brothers Aluminum personnel to get measurements. They were always courteous and professional. I liked how they took the time to get their information correct. When I requested minor modifications to be made on the job, Mike promptly and happily got back to me and made sure that we were on the same page. As to the actual work itself, all I can tell you is that we are so happy with the job! This was a big investment for us, but Mike and the Brothers Aluminum team were aware of this. They truly valued us as customers. They worked efficiently and with great skill to make sure that the windows and siding were installed properly. The siding looks so neat and clean. The windows are plumb and level and operate smoothly. They cleaned up well after the work was done and even gave us updates via photos. They treated us like they were truly grateful for our business, and worked hard to make sure that we were happy. In an industry of fly-by-night operators, I give Brothers Aluminum my utmost recommendation. I also know that they stand by their work and in the unlikely event that an issue should arise, they will be there for you.
