They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."

I called on Friday evening expecting to leave a message, but Jim picked up and talked o me at length about our issues and options. He made room in his schedule to come out as soon as the utilities were marked and spent hours in the rain looking for all the system components. He answered all questions thoroughly and provided multiple suggested solutions. He even came out again the next day at no charge to finish the inspection because we weren’t able to locate a second tank on the first day. Highly recommend, and will use them for future work!"

I called Charles on a Friday afternoon and he suggested Sunday as a good day for him to come round and assess the work.  Charles called around noon on Saturday and asked if he could come that afternoon.   Heck yes!   An appointment was set for today to carry out the work and a time frame of 8am - 9.30 am suggested for the start.   They arrived at 9 am.   The original request was just for the drainage work (cost $350) but my husband called in the meantime and asked them to look at the other two jobs.  

Both Charles and his helper are very personable.   All spaces they worked in were left clean and tidy.   All "trash" was bagged or placed where I requested.

I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job .. large or small. 

Update:   Charles "et all" came back and removed a window and the siding surrounding it.   He then reframed the area and replaced the window and siding.   He will be returning to replace the drywall.   Once again he did exactly what we requested both efficiently and in a timely manner.   We have been very pleased both with the standard of work and also his efforts to keep costs within reason.

"Fred's job was complete within a week. Some days he had other jobs to work on as well, and we had a limitation of it had to be BONE DRY to work in our yard. He is ambitious, likable, and brought equiptment in late in the day or on Saturday so that he could get the job finished as soon as possible."
