"Came home from vacation on Saturday afternoon and had no water because the water main was frozen where it entered the house. Mr. Rooter was the only plumber I could find who could come to my home on a Saturday evening. All the other plumbers I called could not come till Monday at the earliest. The plumber arrived early in the evening, quickly found the problem made the necessary repairs and did not leave until he was certain that he had found all the burst pipes. He was very thorough. He replaced the ball valve, sprayed foam insulation to prevent cold air from entering the crawl space near the water main, thawed the frozen pipes and replaced the pipes that had burst. He was at my house for three or four hours. Part of that time was waiting for the city to turn off the water main to my house. He did not leave till 10 and still had other service called to do. I felt sorry for the guy because he had to crawl around in my dirty, cold, dark crawl space. But he never complained. He had a good attitude. Considering that this was an emergency repair after hours on a Saturday night I felt their price was reasonable. <br />"

"They arrived early, and called first to make sure that was okay. The two gentlemen were very courteous and professional. They also provided tips on septic care, and were very patient and knowledgeable regarding my questions. Price for the cleaning was $361, plus $120 for the 'good bacteria' treatment. I will definitely use this company again!"
