"Just wanted to give a shout out to Oscar's Tree Service. Excellent customer service. They came for a free estimate within 24 hours, they began the work within 3 days. Their customer service representative called me the morning of the work day to confirm what time they expected to arrive and she called me again to tell me they were on their way. She was easy to reach when I had questions, very professional and friendly. We had a tree removed, and several large trees trimmed down. The work men were polite and professional. They got straight to work, checked with me that all was as I wanted and then cleaned up to perfection. Rates were reasonable also. I got a call afterwards asking if all was to my satisfaction. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible."

"Arbormax to the rescue! Tyler came to assess the downed limb, and the limbs below that it was stressing and advised on removing the limb below the snapped limb as well. The crew went to work and had the limbs down, cut up and carted off into their truck in seemingly no time. Since the limb was partially in our street, they used a blower to get all remaining debris off of the road. I appreciate how quickly Arbormax was able to schedule us in less than two days after such a wicked storm as I'm sure we were not the only folks who had damaged trees. "After my initial contact with Steve Smith of Smith Richards Land Management, he was quick to respond and visit my home to ***** the damage and determine a plan of action for Emergency removal of trees from the house and fencing around the property. We also asked for a plan to trim or remove trees that threaten the house. He arrived the next day with his crew, they were professional, efficient and polite. They made quick work of removing the trees. They cleaned up meticulously and even seeded the back yard that was torn up by the trees and the heavy equipment required to get the work done to remove the trees safely from the house. I have had other companies on the property to do tree work in the past and compared to Steve and his crew the others were thrill seekers with chain saws!
