"Highly recommended, timely and very professional. Carl was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to answer all of our questions and walk us through different options, while being mindful of our budget. Just to highlight what all he did to repair our chimney. A safe working platform was erected. The old cap was removed and the brick was demoed to the flashing. All the brick was cleaned and relayed in tinted mortar to match existing masonry. A new crown was installed with custom stainless steal cage. The chimney was washed cleaned and sealed all debris were cleaned up and scaffolding was removed. We were so happy with the results. We would absolute hire him again."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came out to complete a soffit/ trim/ gutter job. They forgot a portion of what was supposed to be completed, the work they had completed was horrible with some end pieces not even closed off, if it was closed off they just used huge amounts of caulk to cover it. I called to tell them how bad it looked the next morning, I was asked to email pictures to be called back with “I’ve never seen a job done like that. I’m sorry, we will get a new crew out to redo the job.” Schedule the install to be done Saturday July 5th to only receive a call that their truck broke down (an hour after they were scheduled to be there) and they wouldn’t be there until later that afternoon or the next day. 7:30 Saturday night I get a call that they weren’t going to be able to make it due to the truck not being fixed. Rescheduled it for Saturday July 12th, we had already taken 3 days off of work between my husband and I for this job. I just got a call that they were wanting to move the install to July 11th using the same crew with no project manager scheduled to be onsite after I was promised a new crew and a project manager onsite due to HOW BAD THEY DID THE FIRST TIME. I was met with attitude and being told they would be there tomorrow with the same crew and they would “try” to have a project manager onsite. I was originally working with a nick who made all these promises and told me everything was set up and would be fixed, to find out today none of that had been set up and he would be out for a few weeks due to a family emergency. I understand he couldn’t control an emergency, but to be lied to repeatedly then passed off to another project manager that is rude. I will continue to spread word about how horrible this company is and not use them so no one has to go through the headache and hassle we did."

"We've had Mark and his crew replace all of our windows over the past two years. We were so pleased with the first group that we had them replace the rest this year. I researched windows made in the USA and these are even better yet - made in PA. The windows are far superior than others we looked at. They did a fantastic job from the estimate, to the measurements to the install. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. But most of all they were extremely clean and conscientious about tracking dirt onto our new flooring and carpets. They laid drop clothes in every room and took shoes off to do it. They totally cleaned up afterward and took everything. They didn't try to stuff things into our garbage! They do superior work, do not cut corners, and install quality product. "Love our new Grand View Windows from Window Nation 17 Windows and 1 Sliding Glass Door We did quite a bit of research, explored a lot of companies and choose Window Nation for our project. And we are happy we did. The whole process from presentation to installation was easy and efficient. Reza arrived at our house on time for the presentation. He inspected and measured our windows and then launched into the presentation. Reza is knowledgeable about the Window Nation offering as well as the products offered by his competitors. As mentioned, I did some research and had an idea of the features that we wanted and what we should pay. Reza presented the Window Nation Grand View line, which meets our feature requirements, and after a bit of back-and-forth negotiation we settled on a price that was within our range and fair to us both. After signing, Reza described the next steps and set expectations. Overall, the presentation took only about an hour and was relatively painless, with no high-pressure tactics. Several days later, Mike came by to inspect our windows and confirm measurements for the build specifications. This took only about a half-hour. Mike answered some questions about the installation process and said that the windows and door could take up to 6 weeks to build. Imagine our surprise when we received a call a week later to schedule our installation. On installation day, the three-man team arrived on time. They introduced themselves and the team lead, Ted, described the process and then they got right to work. They tarped the paths to all the windows to protect the floors. They were very careful and respectful of our house. The entire team was friendly and polite and experienced and highly skilled. You could tell that they’d done this a time or two. The outside trim work is fantastic and the inside finish work is great. All 17 windows and the sliding door were installed in a single day. Ted went over the operation of the windows and door. The windows and door look and function great. We couldn’t be happier. If you are considering a window or door replacement project, we strongly recommend that you engage Window Nation. Took a little while to get work done due to recent storms. Crew that came were polite and professional. Can barely tell the difference between old and new fascia and left no mess at all. Would highly recommend!"
