"We were scammed! This is a horrible company to deal with. We paid an expectational amount of money for what we thought would be superior workmanship and materials. They put our siding up once. During the time they were putting it up, obvious issues were missed and the workmanship was very poor. We communicated this to the Manager and the worked continues. Finally they sent a regional manager after months of dealing with this. They took the siding all down and replaced it. Issues still existed, and we were told we can deal with it through Warranty. They offered a concession because the job was so bad, then told us I apologize for the delay in my response. I was able to speak with my manager, and unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a concession. Should any service issues arise in the future, your warranty will cover the repairs. Exxx Bxxxxxxx Lxxx Rxxxxx Axxxx Ixxxxxxxxxxx Mxxxxxx; Communication was poor the entire time and it took us almost 5 months. DO not use this company. I am surprised Angi has them on their website. Customer service is very low on Champion Windows priority list. St6ay away, do the research and you will find this is not the only complaint."

This company communicated well (the owner’s initial call was made same day I contacted him through this site), and he continued to reach out in a timely fashion throughout our job. (Almost a MIRACLE these days!!) He listened carefully to everything I needed done, provided knowledgeable suggestions, and made careful notes for necessary information. His crew was polite, friendly, efficient and careful! I was SO IMPRESSED!!!! The price was in line with landscaping costs. (Not necessarily cheap, but not out of line with everything that was done). I can’t say enough good things about our experience! I am COMPLETELY pleased and will DEFINITELY be using them in the future.
