"Once again, Frankie and his crew didn’t disappoint. The first part of the project - the front roof repair and asphalt shingles replacement - was done in December of 2021, with plans to finish the rest of the house by the end of March 2022. Today Frankie and his team completed the rest of the roof of the house, replaced the roof with matching shingles on the garage and the shed, and fixed rotted encasing of the chimney with new plywood, making sure it matched the original pattern. "From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. To sum up, they made my house happy again and me as well! Certainly added to my appraisal value! Love the professional and pride in end work product. Support veteran business! "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
