"Brandon and his job partner came to my home and did an amazing job on a really hard case and they made the carpeting look brand new. They came when they said they would and got everything done very quickly, with quality, promptness and I cannot get over how fast they were, I thought the difficulty of the case would have taken them longer since it was a repair from damage. Really great and nice people, and really patient. Overall if I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you Brandon and the BC flooring team!"

"Regal Floorings installed excellent quality wood floors (LVP) in the Great room, living room and hallways (about 500 sq ft). Professional consult, came to the house, worked up an estimate then I selected a higher grade LVP at the Showroom and Glenn re worked the price. Very Professional all the way through and it looks tremendous. Significantly less than some of the other estimates I received but not by any means the cheapest quote. Reasonable for everyone involved. A myriad of transition pieces needed to be stained and installed and Glenn did a fantastic job throughout. Much appreciate and would recommend to anyone that wants quality work done at a reasonable price. Five Stars!"

All flooring is not sold at Home Depot, or Lowe's, therefore for customers using salvage yards or close-out scraps communication is key. These types of purchases cannot be refunded, I suggest D&M flooring include a consultation "charge" for measuring and guiding customers to resources for smaller medium sized jobs,including hauling and staging product on site."So called extra-trips" or excess errands and phone calls should be handled as part of a service and not as the customer having to disturb staff on odd hours with questions. D&M flooring performed a beautiful job on a facelifted Vintage RV making it warm , clean, and updated with comfortable resilient carpet.
