Since I could not get on the roof myself, they took pictures and kept me updated on everything as they went. They were professional; but, they were also personable. Sebastian even unclogged my gutters that had been clogged since I moved in a couple years ago. There were no surprises when it came to the cost which tells me that they knew what they were looking at during the initial inspection and quote. These guys are great and I plan to have them back to install gutter guards in the spring."

"I was looking for someone to repair a leaky roof caused by recent winds. I met David Faraone from Cedar Valley Exteriors when he came over to look at my roof the same day I posted in Home Advisor. He gave the roof a good inspection and documented significant wind and hail damage on my roof. When my insurance adjuster inspected the roof, the adjuster agreed with David's inspection findings and I was awarded an ENTIRE BRAND NEW ROOF! From submitting my claim to having the roof completed, the entire process was so smooth I just couldn't believe it! David patiently answered all my questions. He handled all the details, including working with the insurance company directly. The materials were delivered, and one day that week the installers rolled in at 7 am. Buy the end of their day, the roof was finished!! The yard was cleaned up perfectly. I recommend hiring David Faraone for all your roof or siding needs!"

"We had a water leak in the roof from near the chimney in the roof. We called Lifetime roofing and Kyle was very responsive and was able to schedule a repair before the next rain storm. Very professional and awesome to work and did an amazing job. He even called and checked post the next rain storm to make sure the fix is working. Would definitely use them again when its time to replace the roof."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. "x Dealing with the owner Tom lopatosky was tremendous. He really cares about making his customers happy. No matter when you call him or e-mail  him he makes himself available to you. The crew he sent to do my house acted very professional. They were always on time and put in a full days work.
The only negative thing that I can say about the company ( I told Tom this more then once) was that his prices were a little to high. He did not disagree with me but maintained that he was competative with other companies doing similar work. You will love Tom. You may not like his prices.
I called Tom approx. one year after he painted my home. I had some concerns about some peeling paint. He answered my call immediately and responded to my home within a couple of days. I showed him my concerns and he agreed and sent out a painter to touch up  the area I was concerned about. You can always count on Tom . I have no regrets using his company. I would recommend him
