"Pet Stop is FANTASTIC! A while back I lost my sweet German Shepherd, Cinnimon. She ran out into the street and was hit by a truck right in front of the children. Never again will I have to face that again. I purchased the Gold Package and my two sweeties will never leave our property. Pet Stop install about 3 years ago and I've had 100% satisfaction . They just a bit extra I purchased their training package. I've also bought their inside wireless unit a couple of years ago. It a portable unit I've block off the kitchen area when I mop and I've also placed it under our Christmas Tree...no more chewed up presents. The installation went fine; they cleaned up after themselves and were polite. The issue arose in May of this year when i discovered one of the posts went thru my irrigation line. Due to the unseasonably cold and chilly weather, I have not needed to run my sprinklers till now. I immediately reached out to the company for support to repair the clearly busted line by the post. I was brushed off.... and have not heard back in a week. So ok good to know the integrity of the company. Yes, they were good to work with, till a problem arose."

"By far the worst contractor I have ever hired. Two months after deposit did the fence actually get put up..It was installed and during a week that it rained for out of 5 days, and still isnt secure.., and well past a month from the original date of installation.. Mike Jones has not communicated with me in a professional manner.. , I would call and he wouldnt get back to me for 5 days... continues to call me "baby" and sweetheart, darling... after I told him it makes me uncomfortable!!! He is half my age and , he continues to do it...TOTALLY degrading to women ... MrJones also wanted complete payment upfront and via draft from my account.. Absolutely not!! I have never had to pay a contractor for n full before the job is completed, and certainly wont allow him to draft from my bank account! I tried to get a refund in the first week of February because he hasn't fulfilled his promises (and he promised alot of things falsely).. He said that that wasnt an option for me, I had already paid 2/3 of the total bill and not one thing had been done at my house nothing!!! I had to get him on the phone and threaten to blast him online just to get him to show up... My fence still isn't finished.. he says he cant stain it for another 60 days.. but wants money to do it...so I paid in December and my fence isnt gonna be done until mid April.. Its only a partial fence , no gates no total enclosure Nothing has been done to professional satisfaction... and I am disappointed in choosing this company... strongly advise to stay far away from Mike and His smoke screen storeis he feeds me... He first told me that a man only gets one name... well I have a few for him.. ."
