"Capital builders replaced my ugly roof after the hurricane. It looks amazing! The roofing crew arrived early at 7am and completed my roof at 12pm. As soon as they were done they cleaned up very nice. I had walked around the house to see if I could find nails or garbage when they left, and nothing was found. I'm very satisfied with them! I would highly recommend working with Darryl Phelps. Darryl made my experience stress free. Thank you Darryl and all those who helped my house look beautiful once more! "We attempted to get three estimates, however we ran into a lot of problems with "siding" companies (listed on Angie's List) not wanting to do the work because it wasn't the entire house.  One company with a good rating referred us to a sub contractor who set a number of appointments with us for estimates only to forget them and after two weeks of this decided that our house was too far out of the way.  We ended up with two estimates.

Then we called Brandon with Exterior Specialists who we found with great ratings on Service Magic.  He responded to our request very quickly, was polite and professional, and showed up as scheduled and on time.  After taking measurements we had an estimate emailed to us within two days and was well below the other estimate.  We accepted the estimate and had the work scheduled for the following week.

The work took just over one day.  The siding match was near perfect and the work was top notch.  You can't tell that the siding isn't original except that it is a lot cleaner which will force me to get out the pressure washer.  I couldn't have asked for a better service and would highly recommend Exterior Specialists to anyone.  What started out as a nightmare has turned into great experience."

"We hired the Greenville Tile Stone contractor around the first of April 2020. However, due to the CoronaVirus, the contractor (with our consent) was not able to perform the work until May 2020. The Home Advisor review that I originally submitted was on 4-05-2020. The 2 bathroom tile projects were performed and completed in May 2020. The two projects consisted of removing the existing tile and installing new tile and baseboards in both bathrooms. The first project was started and completed in the first week. The second project was started and completed in the second week. We ran into some unknown rotten wood problems under the existing tile floors that were unexpected. The Greenville Tile Stone guys did an outstanding job of both projects. Their attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work with the homeowners were great. Their cost for both projects was reasonable. They were able to meet both aggressive schedules. The quality of both projects was great. My wife and I have been enjoyed our new bathroom tile floor for the past 5 months. Whenever we have any need for tile and stonework in our home in the future, we will definitely have these guys do the work for us again."

The building manager who coordinated my deck build left the company after just a week. The electrician is wonderful & so is their primary tile subcontractor, but everyone else you need to watch closely. Surface Bella is very expensive and I doubt I got my money's worth, but at least they didn't run out on the job. They also tend to cut corners."
