"Did an excellent job replacing boards, power washing, sanding and staining deck. Looks great!"

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

Then they opened the crack slightly to make sure the repair matrial could go deep inside for a solid bond. After the repair cured they waterproofed the area with foundation coating to prevent moisture from coming through again. Everything was done carefully and professionally from preparation to cleanup. "I hired them b/c they were the first to call me back. Good communicators. Not my cheapest quote. But very skillful work. They pointed out (and corrected) a lot of deficient work done previously by other (less expensive) handymen. They repaired damaged siding and backing. Used high-quality materials. The fit finish of their work was excellent. Jose is a master craftsman. Thorough cleanup. If you want reliable communication and hassle-free 1st class siding repair, I recommend giving All Quality a call. We certainly will use them again. Dan."
