"They did a good job. Tom, the owner, came out, listened to what I wanted and gave me a bid. Talked to others but picked him because he could start the soonest and had a really good price. The paint crew showed up when expected, did a good job of removing dry rot and repairing or replacing boards that needed it. Also scraped off the blisters and any peeling paint they found. Also had them paint the front door. Four day job because it was too hot to work in the afternoon. A day or so after they finished I found a small area of dry rot they missed and another small issue. Called Tom and he had one of the original crew out the next day to take care of it. One thing, Tom just gave me a verbal bid. Didn't actually do the contract until they finished but his word was good. No games."

"Based on a recommendation, I hired Emanuel Martis to manage a full kitchen remodel, refinishing of our hallway cabinets and banisters, and installation of new wood laminate flooring and baseboards.  He and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish.  We kind of fell into this project due to some water damage that affected our kitchen, so we were short on ideas for design and color concepts.  Not only did Emanuel have great input and direction on this, but he also helped identify suppliers that could give us top quality products for much less than others might charge.  He and his team were also very professional - always on time, polite, conscious of our belongings, and cleaned up after each day of work.  This was a constant through the entire 6 week project.  In addition, the workmanship was top notch.  We've received huge compliments from all our friends and family and couldn't be happier with Martis Concepts.
