I had to call Angie's list to get names of plumbers who supposedly had 24/7 and weekend appointments as I wasn't getting anywhere just calling companies listed from their website. I give them a C rating because on the positive side they did pick up the phone and I actually talked to a real person. (The mailbox of one company I called was full, several others I called I was only able to leave a voice message.) The negatives come in because 1) they actually are NOT 24/7, 2) they don't have a plumber available on Sundays and 3) I was quoted a fee of $165 for the first 1/2 hour, and then $82.50 per 1/2 hour after that. That is a pretty exorbitant fee!"

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"We have had Diamond come out three times in the past two years to repair a broken well pipe.  They are prompt in their response and their pricing is fair but we have not been happy with the quality of the work.  We have need them to repair the same pipe several times in the past two years.  The last time they came out to repair it they left the hole unfilled and said they would be back in two days to check on it to be sure the repair was holding.  They never came back and have never refilled the hole.  We plan to use a different company the next time. <br />"

"When he came to do the estimate to replace the faucet I also asked about the cost to deal with the water heater. He pointed out that a shorted out electric water heater is a huge fire hazard and can only be repaired, not replaced. I decided to proceed with both issues since the price he quoted was doable. While he was getting the new faucet and water heater, I had second thoughts about the new water heater. I was very interested in a tankless water heater, and he did some extra searching and research to confirm that there are no whole-house tankless electrical water heaters on the market. <br /> <br /> The installation of the faucet was very quick, and he also removed and capped the soap dispenser hole for us. During the inspection of the new water heater, the city inspector did issue a correction notice with several items. Jason promptly came out to take care of them, and then arranged to come back during the re-inspection so that he could immediately take care of any additional corrections required and talk to the inspector about the reasoning behind some of the corrections so that he wouldn't encounter them again. <br /> <br /> They were very clean and friendly throughout the experience."
