"<p>I made arrangements for them to come after work to give me an estimate for the work I wanted done and was pleasantly surprise that they went ahead and completed the work that evening.  I could not unlock my deadbolt without lifting up on the door handle to raise the door enough for it to slide open and it had become impossible to lift it enough to get it unlocked.  During a storm, the wind had knocked the lamp off of my light pole and it broke so I had purchased a new one but needed it installed.  The young man who came to do the estimate said he could do all the repairs.  He adjusted the door and locked and unlocked it several times to make sure it was working smoothly.  He then attached the new light fixture to the pole and hung my towel holder.  He was very pleasant, completed the work quickly and cleaned up when he was done.  My first experience with this company is excellent and I will definitely call them again for my next project.  </p> <br />"

"Barry was very professional and very easy to work with. He is very good about video communicating and keep to his time and day. He was very flexible as well. Prior to the day of the repair I thought of replacing the current door with a sliding door so I reached out to Barry to see if he could come out and take a look at it. He made the trip and accommodated the change. On the day of the service he showed up close to the time agreed on and did a great job. He left the place clean and tidy after he was done and the job looks great. Will definitely think of him for any future needs."

"We found water leaking from the water heater. Just by chance. So he just jumped in and replaced it. All Good. He originally came to replace a bath room fan with an upgrade that has a heater. I had purchased a unit long ago ,still in the box, so he proceeded to install it, He informed me that it was wired directly but need a part ordered for it. I decided to purchase another new one ,which I did. He left the crawl space open. He left the new wire to the fan hanging in the crawl with no staples. He mounted a used switch on the wall for the heating part of the fan. It was not at the same height and was a cream colored switch with a white cover. On the other wall the fan switch and light switch were not separated. They now are. I bought a new switch and had it put in. I bought another new Heat switch and cover and mounted it. I still have not stapled the wire up. I will in the future. I will put the crawl cover back on and replace the TV . I asked for a receipt and he said the water heater from Menards was around 900 dollars and would give me a receipt. Never did but on the phone he said in text he would try to find it. I'm still waiting. The company did work to resolve any problems we had and they did take care of everything."

"<p>I called Saturday morning to see if I could get someone to fix the broken lock latch on the sliding screen door.  About an hour after I called, Chris came over.  He disassembled the mechanism but said he did not have a repalcement part and would have to order one.  About an hour later he came back and had fixed the spring in the mechanism.  He reinstalled the latch and it worked!  He saved us time and money and we did not have to worry about having an unlocked back door for a few days.  I felt he definitely went above and beyond to help us out.  He could have easily just ordered the part and replace it.  </p> It was an excellent experience.  I will definitely used Broadripple Lock Service again in the future. <br />"
