"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $99.00 which was for only the walls of the room.  I decided to have the all of the other areas i.e. trim, doors, ceiling painted also and purchased the additional service from Protect and Preserve to be performed when the walls were painted.
Mr. Sperback and his team arrived at 8:00 am just as he said they would do.  He and his team were very courteous and professional.  Mr. Sperback confirmed the work that would be performed prior to beginning the job.
I am very happy with the result.  He and his team are very detail oriented.  Rather than taping around the door knob, they removed and reinstalled it after the door was painted.  The room was completely finished within about 4 hours.  They cleaned up everything prior to leaving so one would ever know anyone had been here to paint that day unless aware that I had it done then.
I am very pleased with the work Mr. Sperback and his team performed and am working with him to have other painting performed this summer.
I'd like to add that I had to reschedule the painting a couple of times.  Mr. Sperback was always understanding and willing to reschedule to another time.  I would highly recommend Paint and Preserve Painting to any one thinking of having any painting performed.

"We were is desperate need of window and door replacement in our home. From the estimation to the installation process, the Window Source of Indianapolis did a great job. We even had some additional work that was unexpected due to wood rot and the installers took care of it very quickly. We are very pleased with our product."

"This project worked out great!  I needed a custom made door for my bungalow, and nothing suitable was available at the big box stores through the larger manufacturers, which is strange since all the buying power should make a custom door easy to purchase. This was end of April.
 I started looking online for companies that would be able to produce a door in the size I needed and found a couple of Provia dealers, one of which was quite close to me geographically. I got a return call the same day (I think, or 24 hours later) and the dealer came out with samples and catalogs shortly thereafter. We decided on a design, color, hardware, hinge and other items.  This was first week in May; by 9 May the door had been ordered; I'd received an additional estimate on sidelights shortly thereafter, and by the last week in May, everything had been produced and shipped to Indy. The installation had to wait due to some stormy weather that week, but the work was completed yesterday - 4 June - and looks very good.
The dealer did not ask me to put any money up front, which I thought was a real show of faith, and he also knocked off about $50 on the cost of the door. To me this shows flexibility in pricing and that they wanted my business.
My impressions: Complete Window and Door treated me as a valued customer, which has not been my experience with other contractors and big box stores. They stayed in regular contact re the status of the project and got it done quickly and clean. I would definitely recommend this company to those looking for reasonably priced, custom made windows and doors. I intend to use them again as soon as I can do so.
