"I called Giglio Pluming after troubleshooting and advised them that our tankless water heater had lost power, either through the unit itself or through the remote control unit that controls the temperature, should you wish to change the standard temp (120 degress) that the water heater puts out. After a 3 hour service call, the plumber determined that the remote unit was bad and needed to be unhooked. He didn’t replace it. Just unhooked it via two set screws. I then purchased, after calling noritz, a new remote and installed that remote in about 5 minutes myself. I’m not upset with the work. The plumber did restore hot water by simply unplugging the remote unit, which sets the heater to a default 120 degrees. My disappointment was that, upon talking to Noritz, the manufacturer, estimated it should’ve taken the plumber no more than 10-20 minutes to assess the problem and unhook the remote. I understand that a plumber can not be expected to be an expert on every water heater in production but they will all be fairly similar. In short, the service call should’ve lasted no more than an hour. When I queried with Giglio, I was told they dropped an hour off of the job and charged me for two so $175/ hr is pretty pricey for plumbing work. I would not recommend them again."

"<p>I could not have asked for a better experience or outcome.  Jeff Windham, who owns and operates Handyman for Hire, has  </p> <p>shown himself to be absolutely honest and a pleasure to work with.  He knows the remodeling trade well.  I have never done business with a finer man.  All of his workmen and subcontractors did excellent work.</p> <p>This repair/remodel was a big job.  We replaced the main electrical panel and added or replaced light fixtures in 10 rooms.  We added switches and outlets in the kitchen and bathrooms.  We replaced the hot and cold water service throughout the entire house (all the way to the water meter) and installed a new hot water heater.  We removed 2 gas wall heaters and replaced all gas lines all the way to the meter.  We replaced all waste lines from the bath rooms, kitchen, and laundry room.  We installed heater/light/vents in the bathrooms.  We installed a dishwasher and garbage disposal and replaced all plumbing fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen and installed all new faucets, shower heads, etc.  </p> <p>We installed custom-made cabinets and countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen.  These were constructed from good quality plywood (no particle board) with clear solid wood doors and face frames.  Jeff's cabinet maker also built 3 large bookcases that were installed in the library.  All this cabinet work is beautiful.  The craftsmen who installed the tile did an excellent job on the tile as well as the engineered wood floor in the library.  The carpenters skillfully corrected the structural issues that were encountered and finished everything nicely.  The painters painted every surface in the house except the floors.  They did an excellent job and brought this old house back to life.  The hardwood floors were refinished to perfection.  I can hardly believe how nice these 60 year old floors turned out.</p> <p>Every single workman was pleasant and courteous.  I thank them for their fine work.</p> <br />"

"My tub water would not turn off. So, when I went to turn water off at the main, I also found water leaking from a mysterious panel. The technician was here promptly as scheduled. Very polite and professional! Also, patient and informative with my 20 questions!! Once completed, he welcomed me to inspect his work ...and, to my surprise, NO MESS for me to clean up! "I was impressed that he was able to work me in on a Friday afternoon.  The problem was a clogged sewer line.  A break had occurred in the PVC pipe and necessitated digging up part of the sewer line and replacement of same.  The work required a good deal of time which required the 2nd trip.  Work was done rapidly and well.  Will use this plumber again."

"After reading numerous web sites and reviews on Tilton plumbing, I called them to come out due to sewage issues. I was absolutely fearing the most and fearing the cost of the repairs. Jason and Cody came to our house during the designated time. They were extreme professional and very patient with the millions of questions we asked them while they were working. "It went great. The company my Home Warranty Company sent couldn't even find the sewer to clean it out. Told me to hire someone to come out and find it and they would come back and finish the job. Rinchuso Plumbing sent out two very nice, professional gentlemen who found the sewer quickly and took care of the problem. Will definitely use them in the future. Home warranty company was no help at all."

The problem kept persisting, every time they would fix it. It happened again in three months time. They were professional."
