"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."

"We had a tree growing out of the left corner of our second story gutter. Caio Lanes from Lanes Gutters called and we set up a day and time. He arrived a little after our appointed time but he'd called to say he was going to arrive later. He went right up the ladder and took pictures of the gutter and tree. The 12" to 15" tree was growing in a large amount of damp soil like debris that was clogging the gutter. Clearly we needed to have the entire gutter cleaned. Caio took off the leaf filters, removed the debris, reinstalled the leaf filters and worked his way across the 36 feet length of the front gutter. He worked quickly, had a nice personality and my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of his entire approach. We're going to have him back to clean more sections of our gutters."

"Work was done fast and clean. They did reschedule the first appointment and I had to call within the new appointment window to see if they were still coming. They gave me a time, but were early which was a problem because I was out. Not a big crisis though. I was a bit frustrated at the low quote received over the phone for a “cleaning and inspection” which ended up costing me $250 more. Felt like bait and switch. Only caveat to that is my chimney hadn’t been cleaned in about 10 years, so I expected to pay more than the quoted price anyway. I just would have preferred they were more forthcoming about that possibility"
