"We discovered that a corroded supply pipe to our main water cutoff valve had leaked over 33,000 gallons (per the local utility) while we were gone on vacation. We contacted Benjamin Franklin and they dispatched a two-person team within 30 minutes (at the end of the day). They dug around the main cut off valve and found the line break and repaired it with a new pipe connection. Then they retested it and asked that we flush the bathtub faucet (one without an aerator) to clear any possible grass or sediment debris that may have been trapped in the water line. After validating our pressure was correct, they completed the job. I was happy with their responsiveness and work quality. I would not hesitate to use them again."

They showed up exactly when they said they would, explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. The quality of their work was outstanding. you can tell they truly take pride in what they do. They were respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when they were done. On top of that, the pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service across the board, and I’m genuinely grateful for how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was.
