They also repaired and enhanced our front entry by adding brickwork to the front step and sidewalk (on the side of the house), which not only covered existing cracks in the exposed aggregate but also gave the entire entryway a refreshed, high-end look. In addition, their team installed a new drainage line near our sport court, complete with a small retaining wall, a drop basin for water runoff, and drain rock at the end of the court. "Rodrigo & team have been providing gardening services for me for a decade now, on a relatively small scale. I'd hired a residential designer to craft a design for a backyard living space, and Rodrigo was my first thought for putting it into action. The team excavated/leveled the space for a flagstone patio and a to-be-installed gazebo. So much care was taken to prep the space, make the ground level, and follow the measurements. They laid the flagstone beautifully. They also built a retaining wall, providing some much-needed planting space. Finally, they laid down new grass, weed-blocker, and wood chips, providing the foundation for me to go crazy at nurseries this summer. I have a few friends who are very experienced with construction, etc., and they all have made special note of how the quality of this work. Note: this was NOT an easy feat from a labor, as 3-4 tons of materials had to be hauled by hand/wheelbarrow from my driveway to the back. I appreciate that they're still talking to me!"

"I called Tad from American Rose Garden last spring to discuss options to bring our lawn back to life as it was not looking the best! Tad arrived on time and was very easy to talk to. He was polite, personable and knowledgeable. He informed us of the pros and cons to option 1) re-seeding the entire lawn and option 2) laying sod. He kindly costed both methods out for us to help in our decision. After some consideration, we decided to have new sod laid and have the instant gratification of a nice lush green lawn. At the same time, we also had Tad and his team clean up the front and back yards, lay down fresh mulch and put in a few new shrubs. Tad’s team were polite and hard-working and they transformed our yard beyond recognition. Tad was rightly concerned with how our new lawn was going to get sufficient and regular watering, particularly with summer around the corner. He recommended getting an automatic timer and advised me about the type of sprinkler to buy and where to place it to ensure that all areas of the lawn would be watered. Tad later came back to install our new timer and help get our watering system set up correctly. Even though this took up most of his morning and involved a trip to the hardware store, he refused payment for this return visit. I was so impressed with this company from start to finish. Tad and his team were wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend American Rose Garden to anyone looking to rejuvenate their landscaping."

They were very professional and efficient and came in on budget they left my yard clean and did No damage they we're very careful not to damage my ornamentals and Roberto I think he is the manager he make sure to supervise everything."

"Wu Construction did an excellent job for us. Greg estimated what work needed to be done and we scheduled it as quickly as possible. The crew was on-time, very efficient and did a really nice job keeping things as clean as possible, which is no easy task when repairs are done to a wet & muddy foundation area. A full interior perimeter drainage and sump pump system was installed to eliminate standing water in the crawl space. The crew also removed all old floor insulation and installed new R-30 insulation. The crawl space was completely cleaned up and a new vapor barrier was installed. Everything was completed as agreed upon - all at a very fair & reasonable price. The crew even installed a permanent access ladder to the area so it would be easier to get into the crawl space area. I'd highly recommend Wu Construction for any drainage or foundation work needed to your home or business. Greg, the Estimator/Scheduler and Thomas Wang, the Construction Manager were a pleasure to work with. They kept us up-to-date on everything and were true to their word. I look forward to working with them again, as needed."

"Had two jobs for them: a pillar and an upper chimney rebuild. Both were done in a thoroughly professional manner. From estimate to clean up, everything was done beyond satisfaction. They are the type of company that makes you wish you had more work for them and I'll gladly call them again. Cost was competitive with other bids I received. My house is over 40 years old and the bricks no longer made but they took extra effort to match them and once again exceeded expectations.
