"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I contacted Kotch's windows several months ago along with 3 other local window replacement firms.  Mike was by far the most professional, and took the time to explain the difference in the R values and insulated values.  I decided to go with the Sunshine brand.  Due to the special shape window, they had to be ordered.

Once the window came in, Mike had his install group replace the window.  They were on time, very professional and polite.  They ran into an unexpected problem with deteriorated wood trim and they spent extra time to redo the flashing for the proper way to install the window.

I was very pleased with the outcome, and would recommend Kotch's to other prospective homeowners that need replacement windows.
