"I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. Elite actually sub-contracted it out to an independent contractor and she was very good but did not work for him. Since she was just an individual who was an independent contractor and I could not verify that she had insurance or was bonded I did not use her again. I was a little put out that, although I hired Elite to do the job, the owner sent out an independent contractor. The price was good."

"Mr. Dender first came to look at what was needed and supplied with a fair estimate for the job.  He offered two options of repair.  He tried to find siding that matched exactly and when that was not available except at a much higher price he suggested that he could repair and repaint and make it look as if new. <br /> His repaired arrived on the date and time promised.  He did an excellent job and repaired the exisiting siding attaching so that it would not slip out again.  He repainted not only the piece that was falling but also touched other areas where siding had slipped slightly due to the first siding piece bending and falling. <br /> I would most definitely reccomend Mr. Dender for his professional manner and the quality of job performed.  I will certainly use his services again. <br />"
