I had to have a specific thickness of soundproofing for a second floor unit and Ed Keller did the research to find a product that would fit the bill. He went above and beyond. The install ran into some issues with the subfloor company (the HOA insisted a DIFFERENT company do the subfloor replacement) but Brunswick Floor went above and beyond to work with that organization and get everything done by the time the renter arrived."

We took home samples they recommended and selected a Mohawk SmartStrand Silk Carpet.  Its the softest carpet on the market.  The installation crew was experienced and did an excellent job. They used the least amount of seams and placed them in proper locations. They moved all the furniture and reinstalled after carpet was down.
