"I am a property owner managing a floor install from states away - but Brunswick Floors made it all happen seamlessly! I had to have a specific thickness of soundproofing for a second floor unit and Ed Keller did the research to find a product that would fit the bill. He went above and beyond. The install ran into some issues with the subfloor company (the HOA insisted a DIFFERENT company do the subfloor replacement) but Brunswick Floor went above and beyond to work with that organization and get everything done by the time the renter arrived."

Took the time to answer my questions / concerns - flexible schedule for meeting both at our place for measuring and at the store for final selections. The crew came out and got started around 8:30-9:00am and were there until nearly 7:30pm on a Saturday - they completed the entire first floor replacement in a day (a long day for everyone, for sure, but it was great to get it done in a day!). Primarily LVP; LVT in the bathroom, and 1 bedroom with carpet. The finished product looks great and we are absolutely enjoying the look and feel of our new floors!"

"Mayfield carpets originally installed the carpeting in my home when it was built 10 yrs ago. I returned again to replace the living room carpet. The owner Mr. Mayfield came to house to measure the room and discuss what ideas we had for the new carpet. We were invited the their new location to see the many samples of carpets on display. Mr Mayfield and sales staff were very helpful in the selection process. We took home samples they recommended and selected a Mohawk SmartStrand Silk Carpet.  Its the softest carpet on the market.  The installation crew was experienced and did an excellent job. They used the least amount of seams and placed them in proper locations. They moved all the furniture and reinstalled after carpet was down. I was very pleased with my experience with Mayfield Carpets and will be back in the future for my next room. <br />"
