"Foundation Pro came out and assessed the issue, explained to me what was needed to correct the problem and provided a quote to repair the brick wall, patio and sidewalk. "I had 3 piers installed in the back of my house. The piers are suppose to be for a lifetime. There is a split in my brick & that is why I hired them. They fix it once, but now they will not or say they can't fix my split in brick. I'm very disappointed because like I said that is why I hired them and paid 800.00 for each pier. Harold informed me, when he put piers on the side of my house, it should fix the concrete crack inside of my house. Of course, it didn't. I called Rex on 3/6/17, about the brick split/crack but no return call."
