He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. All types of concrete work. Have built two homes and about to start another this winter. Have built additions and done many roofs also. I do not cut corners and I am on every job until completed. I have been doing concrete since I was 5 years old as my father also was and still is self employed. He is an old school honest type of man and has instilled those qualities in me.
