"We love the laminate. The installer was personable, professional, and quite skilled. He worked hard each day and listened to any concerns we brought up. We trusted his judgment regarding the need tolevel the slab by grinding (we didn't) and are happy we did so. The carpet guy was also wonderful: skilled, easy to work with, attentive. The one problem we had was that the vendor sent our carpet to New York by mistake which delayed the install by a week or so. The owner, Kerry, is the reason we went with this company. He really knows his business and communicates well. We really enjoyed working with him and will use his company for our next project without hesitation. All in all, a well run business. <br />"

James and his crew arrived on time and prepared to work each of the 8 days they worked for me. The team removed popcorn ceilings, painted, electrical, plumbing, carpet, and beautiful flooring installation. Everything was cleaned up every night, and James walked me through everything that was done each day. He never hesitated to do anything that I threw at him every few days and always with a simile. "I looked on Google for a carpet restoration. I had some spots that needed some attention or I was going to have to cut out part of it and have it repaired. They came and did a real good job. I had stretched out this plastic covering because I was taking care of my mother in our bedroom. I had put it down. It said not to leave it down for more than two weeks. Some of it I had left down. The part that was so bad, I left it the whole time I had my mother which was three years. The stickiness had gone into the fibers from the plastic. Every time I would get the carpet cleaned, it still would not get rid of that stickiness. He came to see if he could make it look better. He did make it look better. I don't know how long it will last because it has been so long. They arrived when they said they would. They were prompt. He was here for an hour. Because the edges in my bedroom and around an area rug. It was spot cleaning."

Based on my square foot calculation, she gave me a "ball park" estimate and expressed willingness to travel to my home in the foothills east of Fresno, adding that she was familiar with the area. She looked over the job, and listened to my concern about a previous cleaning by a different provider that was not satisfactory, reassuring me that the fact that she was certified meant that I would be happy with the results. She measured the rooms and gave me the price, which was very close to her telephone estimate. She and her helper went right to work and were finished in an hour; and I was indeed pleased with the job. Even high traffic areas like the stairs, the office, and the eating area were much improved."
